1. Who we are

ACCOMM – Asociația pentru Comunitate, Comunicare și Marketing is an NGO registered in Romania offering management consulting services.

2. What we need

Scoala SPOR is a Data Controller. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

• Name and Surname;
• Phone number;
• CNP (only if individual);
• E-mail;
• Company;
• Position;
• Navigation History.

3. Why we need it

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:

• On the legal ground of controller’s legitimate interest to answer visitors’ enquiries and comments, we will answer to messages received from the contact form:
  • Name and Surname – we need this information to be able to respond to your message;
  • E-mail – we need this information to be able to send you the answer to your message;
  • Phone – we need this information in order to contact you for providing infos about the event;
  • Identification number – only if the invoice is made to the individual;
  • City – only at pre-enrollments – we need this information in order to be able to see where it is better to plan our events in the future

  • Navigation History – we are sharing this information with our partners described in the Cookie Policy in order to offer you a better navigation history.

4. What we do with it

Your personal data is processed in the Scoala SPOR office located in Romania. Hosting and storage of your data takes place in a Hosterion SRL data center which is located in Bucharest, Romania.

5. How long we keep it

We will keep your personal data from your messages for up to six months, if we don’t enter into a contractual relationship. If we enter into a contractual relationship, you will also sign a Data Protection Addendum with Scoala SPOR which will detail what types of personal data we will process and for how long, according to Romanian legislation.

6. What are your rights?

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us through the Contact Form.

If you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, please contact us using our Contact Form. We will then look into your complaint and work with you to resolve the matter.
